Shake vigorously with crushed ice until mixture becomes frothy.  Strain into a cocktail glass and garnish with Angostura bitters.

Pisco Punch

• Several pineapple chunks

• 1 1/2 oz Pisco

• 1 tsp lime juice

• 1tsp pineapple juice

Mix all ingredients with plenty of cracked ice until smooth and pour into a chilled Squall glass or wine glass.

·        3  oz Pisco

·        2  oz Dark Creme de Cacao

·        1  oz Triple Sec

Shake all ingredients with cracked ice and strain into a sugar rimmed cocktail glass. 

Pisco Sapphire

·        2 parts Pisco

·        1/2 part Blue Curacao

·        1/2 part Cointreau

Take as shooter or add Champagne and crushed ice in a cocktail glass.
